What documents will be needed and what the future corporate partner is obliged to report
1. Identification can be completed only with a complete package of documents. A copy of the registration certificate will be required, clients present extracts from the commercial register of their country. 2. Without specifying the full name and address of the director, Paytixx representatives refuse to cooperate. Additionally, the names of the beneficiaries must be disclosed for further verification against international databases. Experts always examine the structure of the company to identify possible irregularities. The representative of the future partner is obliged to present a document certified by a notary, which confirms his authority. Sometimes an apostille is required to legalize papers. The documents must be drawn up in accordance with international standards. Only readable and understandable papers are accepted for consideration.
Additional requirements
The company reserves the right to request additional information after studying the documents and organization structure. The data must be provided in reasonable and prearranged lines. Information is required from residents of certain countries that are included in the "black list". If signs of illegal activity are found, the company refuses to cooperate. If the organization sends copies of forged documents, the commission will reject the application. Due diligence may result in the closure of accounts and permanent business ties.
Monitoring and sanctions
Paytixx is not limited to collecting information during the consideration of applications from interested parties. All partners are under continuous surveillance.
